UNIQUE LANDMARK BUILDING BENEFITS FROM QUALITY RESTORATION
TEMPLEMORE BATHS, the last working Victorian baths in Europe, were sympathetically restored and redevelopedaspartofalargerleisure facility expansion project.
Alongside preserving as many features of the original building as possible, the rainscreen was speciied to recreate the copper cladding inish that is one of Belfast’s trademarks, complementing the original brick façade.
The built-up, hook-on rainscreen cassette system needed specific details altering and adapting during the installation as the full extent of the conservation works revealed itself over the course of the project.
