CHALLENGING PROJECT SCHEDULE OF WORKS ACHIEVED WITH EFFECTIVE PLANNING
LE CLOS MOURANT is a housing estate in St Clement, Jersey. Large central podiums form the roof of the car parks, as well as a warm roof to some of the accommodation. In addition, the systems were used to waterproof the block work planters with confidence, due to the root resistant property of the membrane.
The Triflex liquid system delivered seamless and self-terminating waterproofing for the warm flat roofs and entrance canopies. The large-scale project meant that the installation team were working around other trades to deliver the schedule of works to time and the project utilised local subcontractors wherever possible to support the Jerseyisland economy. The attitude and skill of the installation team has ensured a quality finish.
