Leading building products distributor PERMAGROUP is celebrating 25 years at the forefront of the flat roofing industry with the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer.
Kevin Williams, with 30 years’ experience across the building, plumbing and flooring sectors, has taken over from founder and former Managing Director Adrian Buttress. Kevin, formerly a managing director at Headlam Group and a senior leader at Travis Perkins, brings a people-focused approach and a vision for future-proofing and expansion.

Founded as PermaRoof UK, the company has evolved into one of the UK’s largest licensed importers and distributors of Elevate solutions, oĪering products such as RubberCover, RubberGard EPDM, and Rhenofol PVC to commercial, trade, and DIY customers nationwide. Its Derbyshire headquarters also houses a specialist training centre for roofing professionals. Departing Managing Director, Adrian Buttress, expressed full confidence in
Kevin’s leadership.
