New Mannok brand sweeps the board at NBG awards

The re-brand from Quinn to MANNOK was announced in September, with the official name change completed on 16th November 2020. This marks a major milestone for the company on a re-brand journey which will take up to 12 months to fully complete. A key message coming immediately from Mannok is a firm commitment to the UK industry. This is a message which is reaffirmed by its more recent announcement of a new exclusivity deal with one of the UK’s largest merchant buying groups, National Buying Group (NBG) for its Master Grade Cement. The company has revealed its new product names and new-look bagged cement range and is set to see many more visual changes in the coming weeks, including new product packaging which will be in production early in 2021. Less than two weeks after the official name change, Mannok swept the board at the NBG Awards, collecting an impressive four awards at this year’s virtual ceremony:
  • Product of the Year: Mannok Master Grade Cement.
  • General Building Supplier of the Year.
  • Heavyside Brand of the Year.
  • Lockdown Hero of the Year.
In addition to the four award wins, Mannok was named in second place in the Brick and Block Supplier of the Year category and third place in the Roofing and Insulation Supplier of the Year category. The new Lockdown Hero award category was presented for outstanding service and support to its customers during a turbulent 2020 and is an award the Mannok team was particularly proud to win.
