BELLINGHAM COMMERCIAL is Phase 2 of the Bellingham Mews project located in Catford.
The contemporary design offers a very individual take on flat roofing, with slopes and pitches to make a striking feature of the single ply. The requirements for the roofing system were based on strong aesthetics and thermal efficiency. By drawing from employed installers’ knowledge and experience of the membrane system.
A Crisp, straight, and neat transition was achieved to give the roof the ‘sheet metal effect’ proposed in the design.
