NATURAL ABILITY RECOGNISED IN YOUNG ROOFER OF THE YEAR
FRANKIE joined Oxley Asphalte Roofing Services Ltd after leaving school with no GCSE grades. He had the drive to get himself a tutor and re-sit his exams in his own time.
Frankie passed his exams and enrolled at college and is now in his first year of a mastic asphalt apprenticeship and has already reached level 2 due to his natural ability and eagerness to learn the craft.
He is above his years for his age and is a credit to both industry and Oxley Asphalte.
