Roof Tiling
ARTS AND CRAFTS STYLE PROPERTY WITH COMPLEX DETAIL
The roof to this three-storey property built in the early 1900s was in desperate need of repair. The project consisted
of a complete re-roof including the reinstatement of all swept valleys and abutments to match the existing detail, plus vertical tiling to the front elevation.
The roof was also brought up to current building regulations with insulation added to the skeilings and dormer cheeks. The swept valleys and dormer cheeks are a complex detail within the roof, and care was taken to ensure the coursing within the swept section was consistent and lined up with the adjacent tiling.
The team took utmost care to deliver a project of this quality.
