Because of the Grade I listed building status of the Lloyd’s building, every element of the new roofing system had tomatchthe existing‘asbuilt’ drawings.
In total, 3,800 square metres over ten roof areas were fully refurbished, with project management and installation works that were highly complex and technically challenging.
Materials, aesthetics and all details had to be mirrored like-for-like.
