The primary focus of this project was to refurbish the roof, which had deteriorated significantly due to wear and tear, resulting in delamination, splits, and persistent leaks. The objective was to provide a thermally-upgraded waterproofing solution that would address the deficiences and leaks in the existing roof system.
The complex roof was divided into three sections, encompassing ten distinct roof and walkway areas, and two box gutters.
